Welcome to “Our Neighborhood”! Your first impression when clicking this link was likely an anticipation of seeing a Steven Dailey subdivision, or maybe a plat map of upcoming or prior projects. Although we’re constantly working and our projects are being displayed across social media, some of our proudest accomplishments are part of our smaller & quieter moments. We build where we live, so it’s important that our team helps others in need as often as possible. Our crew, our partners, and our community come together to give back. This page serves as an important tool to remind everyone of the important piece of the Steven Dailey Construction D.N.A.
“You have not lived until you’ve done something for someone who can never repay you.”
At Steven Dailey Construction we believe in giving back. It exemplifies the nature of being human. Whether we’re supporting our community, our clients, or even or colleagues and their family we’re reminded that there’s more to work than just showing up.
From a very young age Stephanie has been interested in architecture. In high school, she began taking drafting courses and decided that she wanted to be an architect. She was mentored early in her career and had the opportunity to work with some of the best architects in the state. She’s always had a fascination with Frank Lloyd Wright and his style of home. Knowing that the “Falling Water” house may be closed indefinitely, Steven Dailey Construction rewarded her with a round trip ticket for two to attend a private dinner at the house in PA, followed by a Pirates game with her brother in Pittsburg. Stephanie, thank you for going above and beyond to help ensure our clients dreams came true.
The Steven Dailey Construction Crew is happy to announce our newest member to the family. Bradley Dean Symes was born on February 22, 2023. He is a happy, smiling baby who loves to eat, sleep, and poop (according to Colyn). They enjoy walks around the park as a family and being together. Congratulations to the Symes family.
We’re proud members of the Homebuilders Associations, not only because the association brings companies together to build better homes, but because they’re always finding ways to support the community. Whether supporting the Political Action Committee to keep the costs of homes affordable for homebuyers, or donating time, labor, and resources to those in need. In 2022, again, Steven Dailey Construction volunteered to support their cause with the Subcontractors for Santa project. Our team was able to help someone in need with a remodel.
What better way to reward hard work than to send Colyn and his wife to to a well-deserved all inclusive trip to Dallas, where they watched the Cowboys take on the Panthers in the AT&T Stadium. If you haven’t watched his video yet, you’ll need to understand that Colyn is a big time fan. Colyn, we’re grateful to have you on our Steven Dailey Crew; Thanks for the hard work.
