Course View Remodel

Project Description

Originally built in the 90’s and much like other homes from the era, this home had many odd and unique features. However, backing up to the Jeremy Ranch Country Club, this location was hard to beat. In 2018 our clients purchased the home sight unseen from Georgia. We began a 2 year full remodel inside and out. The clients loved the “Park City” rustic chic style which their designer, Erin Rigsbee was very familiar with. Thanks to FaceTime and some very trusting and excited clients we were able to create their dream home.

01

Open Fairways

Open the front door and immerse yourself within the majestic views of the floor-to-ceiling view through stone fireplace, lit with this gorgeous chandelier.

02

Something uncommon

This stunning chandelier is made up of thousands of small crystal leaves that were each individually strung across extensions of gold branches.

03

Keep the Snow Away

The homeowners loved the existing portico that extended over the walkway and circular drive. This feature was given a fresh update with a renewed look and unique accents.
