The Little Cottonwood Remodel was our quickest remodel to date. The home was originally built in the early 2000’s by a local production builder. The clients had a strict budget but, wanted to do what they could to make the biggest impact.
The railing was the first thing you see as you enter the home. We removed the bulky wood rail system and replaced it with this beautiful light railing with a transitional style.
With budget in mind we kept the plumbing in the same locations. By changing the fixtures and updating all the tile we were able to transform the space at an affordable cost.
The clients complaint with the shower was that you would always get wet when you turned the shower on. They also struggled to get hot water there quickly. We relocated the valves so that they could open the door and turn on the shower without having to actually get in.
